The A-Team, a design and multimedia company, is looking to expand. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate effective communication skills and foster relationship building with both clients and co-workers. The candidate must approach change as an opportunity for growth and development in self and others. The right candidate will support a team environment and encourage team work, through commitment and understanding of the A-Team mission and vision.

Our wide range of products include cutting edge print pieces, High Definition video, digital components for new brands, custom websites and multimedia presentation development. If you enjoy people, networking and developing long-term sales relationships we have a treat for you. Some of the highlights of this position include; maintaining relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential advertising accounts, negotiating client projects and developing client relationships, ensuring budgets are followed and getting in front of the target audiences.
In this role the successful candidate will maintain and grow existing accounts. Develop new business by networking, working The A-Team booth at trade shows, generating high quality leads and cold calling. The candidate must also have the ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and boards of directors.
Requirements:
2+ years successful outside sales and marketing experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong entrepreneurial spirit
Track record of successful selling
Experience in advertising is a plus
Demonstrated experience increasing sales and expanding customer base
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
Stable career history and record of increasing responsibility
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
Compensation:
Base pay plus commission.
Monthly sales bonus opportunities
